Welcome Electronic Filers

We hope that we have created a manual that will help you to navigate with ease through any CMECF function that you may use.  This CMECF manual will assist you in filing bankruptcy documents via the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at your convenience.  With the click of your mouse you have access to the Clerk's office long after regular business hours.  Designed with the filer in mind, one can have both the manual and the CMECF windows open side by side on their monitor.  This makes for easy referencing if instruction is needed while docketing with The Court.
