1. Select Bankruptcy.
2. Select Trustee/US Trustee.
3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
4. Select Request for Claims.
5. Bypass Select the attorney(s)' screen.
6. Select the trustee as the party filer.
7. Browse verify and attach  (pdf file).
8. Modify text, if applicable, such as:
   • Pertinent information
9. Warning!! Verify filing entry is correct before submitting the "Final Docket Text."
