1. Select Bankruptcy.
2. Select Notices.
3. Ensure correct case name and number match document you are filing.
4. Select Notice Pursuant to LBR 4001-1.
5. Check the box if filing jointly with another attorney.  
6. Select Party Filer. Party filer not listed, Add/Create Party.
7. Browse verify and attach the document (pdf file).
8. Select Refer to existing event(s). Last Day to Object to Stay is automatically configured.  (Date may be changed to coincide with date on document)
9. Select the category to which your event relates.
10. Select the appropriate event(s) to which your event relates.
11. Modify final text, if applicable, such as:
    • Select any item in the pull down box that applies.
    • Pertinent information.
12. Warning!! Verify filing entry is correct before submitting the "Final Docket Text."
