1. Select Bankruptcy.
2. Select Trustee/US Trustee.  
3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
4. Select  Notice of Surplus Assets and Request to Set Last, etc.
5. Select Trustee as party filer.
6. Ensure file stamp on document and date document filed are the same.
7. Browse verify and attach the document (pdf file).
8. Modify final text, if applicable, such as:
   • Select any item in the pull down box that applies.
   • Pertinent information.
9. Warning!! Verify filing entry is correct before submitting the "Final Docket Text."
