Notice of Foreign Representative's Intent to Commence Case

1. Select Bankruptcy or Adversary.
2. Select Notices.
3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
4. Select Notice of Foreign Representative's Intent to Commence Case.
5. Check the box if filing jointly with another attorney.
6. Select Party Filer. Party filer not listed, Add/Create Party.
7. Ensure file stamp on document and date document filed are the same. 
8. Browse verify and attach the document (pdf file).
   • Attach supporting documents, if applicable.
9. Refer to existing events, if applicable.
10. Modify final text, if applicable, such as:
    • Title of document and/or
    • Pertinent information - names, titles, property, etc.
11. Warning!! Verify filing entry is correct before submitting the "Final Docket Text."
