1. Select Bankruptcy.
2. Select Trustee/US Trustee.
3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
4. Select Notice of Assets and Request to Set Last Day to File Proofs of Claim.
5. Select the Trustee.
6. Browse verify and attach the document (pdf file).
7. Modify final text, if applicable, such as:
   • Select any item in the pull down box that applies.
8. Warning!! Verify filing entry is correct before submitting the "Final Docket Text.
