1. Launch Internet Explorer or Netscape
2. Access the Courts Website
   • Type: http://www.wyb.uscourts.gov in the location field.
   • Select ECF in the "Access ECF/PACER" portlet on the left of the page
   • Click on the hypertext link District of Wyoming - Document Filing System
3. Login into CM/ECF
   • Enter your Live login.
   • Enter your password.
4. Access the CM/ECF Main Menu
   • Select the appropriate menu, Bankruptcy or Adversary.
   • Select the appropriate category (motions/applications, file claims, etc.) for the type of document you are filing.
   • Docket the event, following the screen prompts.
5. Exiting CM/ECF
   • Select on the menu bar, log out.
   • Click on the X at the top right corner of CM/ECF system.
