1. Select Bankruptcy.
2. Select Other.
3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
4. Select Financial Management Course.
5. Check the box if filing jointly with another attorney.
6. Select the Debtor as the Party Filer.
7. Browse, verify and attach the document (pdf file).
   •  Attach supporting documents (if applicable).
8. Modify the docket text as appropriate in the white box. 
9. Warning!! Verify filing entry is correct before submitting the "Final Docket Text."

**Debtor is required to file Certificate of Completion of Course in Financial Management. The deadline for completion of the course is 45 days after the first date of the 341 meeting.  If the certification is not submitted, the court may close the case without granting the discharge.

Certificate applies to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 individual debtors.
