Claims
If this document amends, duplicates, or replaces a claim, view the
claims register and ascertain which claim it is.
- Select
Bankruptcy.
- Select
File Claims.
- Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are
filing.
- Type the name of the creditor filing the Proof of Claim.

If the creditor is not listed:
- Select Add Creditor.
- Ensure correct case name & number are entered.
- Enter name & address of creditor.
- Select last entry.
- Submit
- Select
File A Proof Of Claim.
- Select the correct creditor from the drop down box.
- Select the correct filer from the drop down box.
- Enter the amount of the claim in the appropriate box (unsecured,
secured, etc.) and 'tab' for the total.
- Enter any information that might be applicable in the Description or
Remarks field.

verify and attach
the Document (pdf file)

supporting documents, if applicable.
