- Select the Trustee.

the document.

Attach supporting documents, if applicable.
- Modify final text, if applicable, such as:
- Select any item in the pull down box
that applies.
- Title of document and/or
- Pertinent information.
- Warning!! Verify
filing entry is correct before submitting the "Final Docket Text."
