1. Select Bankruptcy.  
2. Select Trustee/US Trustee.
3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
4. Select Declining Dismissal of Case Under Section 521(i)(4).
5. Select Party Filer. If party filer not listed, Add/Create Party.
6. Browse, verify and attach the document (pdf file).
   • Attach supporting documents, if applicable.
   • Attach proposed order.
7. Modify final text, if applicable, such as:
   • Title of document and/or
   • Pertinent information - names, titles, property, etc.
8. Warning!! Verify filing entry is correct before submitting the "Final Docket Text."
