Claim Recommendation

1. Select Bankruptcy.
2. Select Trustee/US Trustee.
3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
4. Select Claim Recommendation.
5. Select Party. If Party not listed, Add/Create Party.
6. Browse verify and attach the document (pdf file).
   • Attach supporting documents (if applicable).
7. Modify final text, if applicable. Such as:
       - Any item that may appear in the drop-down box.
       - Title of document and /or
       - Pertinent information
8. Warning!! Verify filing entry is correct before submitting the "Final Docket Text."
