Q: How do I file a new adversary complaint?

A:  Adversary complaints are filed through our CM/ECF system using the Adversary menu>Open AP Case. For step by step instructions please click this hyperlink: Open New Adversary

 

Q:  How do pop-up blockers affect e-filing?

A:  CM/ECF requires a pop-up window to appear for payment of fees due. If the payment window does not appear after filing, you may need to turn off your pop-up blocker. Under "Tools" in your browser, select pop-up blocker and turn it off.

 

Q:  I've logged out and forgot to pay my filing fees, what should I do?

A:  This problem can easily be corrected by following this link to internet payment options.  Follow the instructions for option two.   Internet Payments

 

Q:  What browser should I use with CM/ECF?

A:  While many browsers will work, the national recommendation is the latest version of Internet Explorer.  It is compatible with every function need for e-filing.

Q:  Oops, I submitted my pleading twice . . .what should I do?

A:  If you have filed a pleading twice, contact the Clerk's Office immediately. 

 

Q:  I have attached the wrong image - what do I do?

A:  Contact the Clerk's Office for assistance.

 

Q:  I closed my CM/ECF window without logging out, now I am getting this warning message when I try to log-in, what should I do?

A:  This will not effect your previous or future filings.  Simply click on the "continue log-in" button to continue filing.
